What We Actually Do

Beaumont Septic Tanks is a local referral and advertising service. We are not a septic contractor. We do not own trucks. We do not put boots on the ground. What we do is connect Southeast Texas property owners with independent, licensed septic professionals — TCEQ-permitted, insured, and locally dispatched — and coordinate the work through completion.

The parent entity is Cosmic Phoenix LLC, based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Beaumont Septic Tanks operates under that entity as the local brand for our Southeast Texas septic-services coordination.

Why a Referral Service?

Because finding a septic contractor from a Google search or the yellow pages in 2026 is a coin flip. Some of the results are excellent local operators; others are call centers that book the job first and figure out who to send later. In a market like SETX — where the wrong crew on the wrong system can turn a $500 pump-out into a $12,000 replacement — that coin flip is expensive.

Our model: we vet the contractors we refer to, we confirm the scope with you before dispatch, and we stay involved through completion. If the crew misses something, we escalate on your behalf. If documentation is required (real estate, TCEQ audit, insurance), we make sure it's produced and delivered.

How We Get Paid

Our compensation comes from the contractors we refer work to, not from a markup on your invoice. Your quote from the contractor is the quote the contractor would have given you if you'd found them directly. There's no "referral surcharge" on your bill.

Who We Refer To

Every contractor we coordinate with is:

Licensed by the appropriate Texas authority for the work performed
Insured to the level appropriate for the work (general liability at minimum, additional coverage for aerobic installers)
TCEQ-registered where the work requires it (OSSF installers, aerobic maintenance providers)
Local to Southeast Texas — no national dispatch chains
Verified as active and in good standing before we route work to them

Coverage Area

We coordinate work across Jefferson, Hardin, and Orange counties: Beaumont, Vidor, Lumberton, Nederland, Port Arthur, Groves, Orange, Silsbee, and Sour Lake. If your address isn't in an obvious list, ask — we can check coverage before dispatching.

Not the Right Fit?

If you already have a septic contractor you like and trust, keep working with them. Our value is finding you a good one if you don't have one, or covering a specific gap (a service your current contractor doesn't offer, or a scheduling conflict). We're not trying to replace working relationships that are already working.
