No. Our compensation comes from the contractors we refer to, not from you. Your quote from the contractor is the contractor's normal quote — no markup for using us.
Every contractor we refer to is licensed, insured, and (where applicable) TCEQ-registered. We verify status before routing work. If something's off, we can produce documentation of their license and insurance on request.
We stay involved through completion. If there's a problem, we escalate on your behalf with the contractor and, if necessary, help you file with the appropriate state licensing authority. That's the practical value of a coordinated referral over finding a name from a search engine.
Yes — active backups, aerobic alarms, and post-flood recovery get fast-tracked. Note the situation on the callback form and we'll dispatch the closest available crew that day.
The dispatch coordinator works remotely, and the contractors we refer to have their own offices. We chose that model because it keeps our overhead low and passes the savings to the homeowner (no markup, remember). The contractor handles it — they're the licensed party. We ensure a copy of anything generated (permit application, inspection letter, disposal manifest) is stored in your file for future reference.
